You may be subject to fees and charges from the lender, including but not limited to application fees, establishment fees, and ongoing fees. These will be disclosed to you before you commit to any loan.

My Biz Finance does not guarantee loan approval. All loan decisions are made by the lenders, not by us. We cannot guarantee:

• That you will be approved for a loan
• Specific interest rates or terms
• Funding timelines
• Loan amounts

We will work on your behalf to find suitable options and negotiate the best possible terms, but final approval rests with the lender.
